Today's the big day. 8 a.m. Brendan heads down to surgery once again. His 4th surgery in a week. He found out that he still had brain surgery yesterday when one of the doctors came in to talk about the sinus surgery and happened to say something about going in again tomorrow. Brendan, who looked like he was asleep, perked right up and said, "What do you mean. . .tomorrow?!!" Whoops. We had hoped to talk to him later when he was up and eating, but now the cat was out of the bag. He took it pretty well, but was still a little upset. He did say, "I wondered why I still had my hair. . ."
Actually they are only going to shave a strip from ear to ear.
