The last few days Brendan has been improving in leaps and bounds. Yesterday the boys took a walk down to the river. Brendan liked being out in the sunshine.
He wants to get stronger and did a bunch of push-ups and crunches.
Watching LDS General Conference was so amazing today. I just love listening to living prophets and feeling the Spirit. And conference at our house wouldn't be complete without "conference bingo."
This afternoon Brendan spent some time drawing. He's enjoying it and getting pretty good. Today he drew sharks and turtles.
The weather was too good to stay inside. So a game of kickball was started. It was good seeing Brendan run.
Of course, we all knew this was coming, right? The girls put sunscreen on Brendan's head this afternoon -- but it was still too late. By evening Brendan had a pink sheen. Ouch!
It's always good to see Brendan rebounding through all of his ups and downs. His strength is increasing every day and he is feeling better and better.
All this boundin' around and getting pink got me thinking about my favorite Pixar short, "Boundin."

Hahaha Kerry. You've seen too many kids' movies lately. But . . . in a life full of ups and downs, it's nice to know there's a jackalope around! My grandmother had a jackalope head mount in her frontroom. Thanks for sharing some silliness ;p
